Super Classic Shuffle

The bridge has been crossed.

I woke up last Monday with the sudden urge to start modeling a Super Nintendo. This is the result of six day’s work, since the total rending time for this one was 22 hours, thanks to various processes which turned up rendering time, and various layers which I did to assure a better final image. Between tests, I ended up playing Tales of Symphonia yet again, so I think this is, if no tests had been done, about 4-5 days work.

Ironically, the difference between Classic and Super Classic Shuffle is much like going from 8bit to 16. And to celebrate this, I’ve uploaded a HUGE image- This one is 1280 x 1024 pixels to suit anyone’s layout. Viewing at maximum is a must, since you’ll miss the small details – like the bubbles in the drink or the dirt on the floor.

It was extremely fun to make, I hope I can share some of the love for the classic system with you.
